The timing of the R&R show was ideal for us as it followed the 2 day launch of SKYVIEW TOWER, in Dubai Marina. Clients were able to get information at the launch and finalise their purchase at the R&R show. We were extremely pleased with the turnout and new enquiries as well. As a result of the 2 day launch and 2 day presence at the R & R we have sold out of all studios, 4 Bedrooms and Penthouses, on the top floors. We now have only a limited number of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms available for direct sales from the developer.

Firstly thank you for organizing what turned out to be a great show. I must admit that the number and quality of leads that we received were totally unexpected. Our staff barely had anytime where they were not speaking with clients and at times people were queuing to see the advisers. We also had a number of cases where people who had already been to the stand returned with friends and colleagues to also speak with us. Having sat with our team this morning we have well in excess of 100 sales enquiries and probably 30 or so rental enquiries. It is always difficult to say how good the quality is until we start signing deals but our staff are all busy speaking with their clients and we anticipate a number of purchases and rentals to be signed over the coming week.
